Standard CX1 Hardware Service

  • Three years parts and labor warranty
  • Five days per week, 9 hours per day (8am to 5pm local time) call support
  • Next business day on site response

OS Software Service Options Available for Linux and Microsoft

60 day starter kit includes:

  • Five days per week, 9 hours per day (8am to 5pm local time) call support
  • Email support
  • Three incidents max

CX1 OS Care Support includes: 

  • Basic - web support, two business day response, 10 incidents
  • Standard - five days, 12 hours per day support, web support, 20 incidents
  • Premium - Seven days, 24 hours per day support, web support, unlimited incidents
